- A $45 fee applies unless canceled at least 48 hours ahead.

- A three-night minimum applies. Holiday and late-pickup charges are additional.

Pickup and drop-off hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Confirm arrival and departure arrangements, particularly around holidays and longer stays.

02Can I visit before deciding?
Contact us to arrange a tour. It is a chance to see the boarding environment and ask about sleeping arrangements, daily activity, supervision, and your dog’s needs.
03What will a typical day look like?
Ask our team to walk you through the routine for your dog’s stay, including meals, time outdoors, rest, and any activities. Discuss how dogs are grouped and what arrangements apply to your dog before booking.
04My dog is nervous somewhere new. Can they stay?
Tell us what makes them uncomfortable, what helps them settle, and how previous stays have gone. We need to discuss their individual needs rather than assume every boarding arrangement suits every dog.
05What about medication or special care?
Please contact us before reserving. Share the care requirements and medication instructions so we can confirm whether we can accommodate them. Do not leave those details until drop-off.
06Is swimming included with boarding?
The pool is part of the Pinnacle property, but participation and activity arrangements need to be confirmed with our team. Ask what is available and appropriate for your dog during their stay.
